As a new type of structure system, the high-rise building mega structure system has been proved to be the one of the most benefit structure system by engineering practice, among the structure system which were used in the modern high-rise building and skyscraper. The mega structure system not only can assure that the structure have enough antiroll steffness and whole stabilization, the consumption of the material is reduced, the performance of the material and the structure is fully used, but also can bring some new style and originality in the architecture design. Therefore, the structure system of the skyscraper which is planed to built than 500 meters in the world all use the mega structure system.The mega structure system belongs to the high-rise building system. Because there are not many engineering practice and the experience about it is lack, it isn't considered in the present code. Taking the Chongqing Qingfeng International building as an example, the problem of the dynamic responses character, calculation method, modeling of the structure and the concept aseismic design, etc are analyzed, based on the comprehensive research of the analysis and design for the complex high-rise building in the world. The software—SATWE is used in the dynamic analysis for Chongqing Qingfeng International Building. The strengthen measure of aseismic design is proposed for the structure. Result of the calculation is used in the design, and some useful conclusion is proposed as follows for the design of the analogous structures:(1) In the design of mega-frame structure, the bearing capacity of the main structure should be strengthened consciously to avoid the main structure yielding firstly on the safety point of view. The shear force of the translation layer would increase with the main structure's strengthen. But the distortion and the ductility requirement would be decreased, and the translation layer would not be turn into the weak layer. This is very important in aseismic design.(2) Mega-frame structure is a kind of complex structure and irregular structure. The influence of connection vibration of torsion and vibration of plate in plane should be considered. When the stiffness of translation layer is little, or the horizontal layout is asymmetric, the seismic response of the structure would be more complex. Except the stiffness of the main structure is more larger than the substructure, this kind of structure can't be simply regarded as the space frame in the analysis. Both the main structure and...
