Fireproof board of magnesium oxychloride has been attracted much attention and become the main part in the fields of inorganic building boards because of its attractive properties such as good fireproof property, mechanical strength, sound insulation, shake resistance, heat preservation and so on. But it also has its own defects of dehylogenation, deformation and poor waterproof, which limit its use and decoration. This paper mainly focuses on solving the defects of fireproof board of magnesium oxychloride. By analysing the experimental results, the optimization of the composition of magnesium oxychloride cement products is introduced. The defects of dehylogenation, deformation and poor waterproof can be overcomed or improved by the accession of fly ash and other composite admixture. Better experimental results can be obtained by a lot of experiments. Fireproof board of magnesium oxychloride with good properties of high strength and water resistance was prepared by analysis of the compression strength and resisting the intensity of rolling over. The proper composition of magnesium oxychloride cement, stuffing, resin and assistant additions is 100: 35: 5: 4. According to the testing of National Centre for Quality of fire building materials, all technical requirements have attained or exceeded the native standard. Finally, the optimized figures of the strength in the given conditions were obtained. The results are of social, economic and environmental benefits opening up a vista of application.
