The application of limited uniform design in the optimization of the proportions of magnesium oxychloride cement products is introduced. Below the given experiment conditions adopting limited uniform design table and its discrepancy table to determine the experiment proportioning. Better experimental results can be obtained by a minimum of experiments. Regression equations were established by regression analysis of the compression strength and resisting the intensity of rolling over. Separately utilizing uniform design package. A BP model of factor and result is set up. Application shows that the method is effective and it can reduce the workload of experiment. And the method has solved the problem of experimental data scatter; besides, it can yield the optimum mix proportion of the material. Finally, the optimized figures of the strength in the given conditions were obtained. The results are of social, economic and environmental benefits opening up a vista of application and dissemination.
