Steel reinforced-concrete composite plate is used as newconstruction, which has a lot of features such as higher bearing capacity, convenient production and usage. However, only rudimental researchtowards this kind of construction, theoretic analyses are still notcompleted well. Because of the role of male-pins, steel and reinforcedconcrete could work together. While shears on the interface between steeland reinforced concrete, male-pin change its shape that results in slipdeformation on the interface that has adverse influence on yield strengthand ultimate strength, also enlarge deflection. Present regulations donot consider adverse effects resulting from slip, so that counting resultsare not equal to experimental results. Through the experiments, the research for mechanical failure, mechanism and tensility under the role of static load property is analyzedin the paper. Meanwhile, the formula of deflection, yield strength andultimate strength are gotten in the paper. At last, finite element is used to analyze compound plate thatidentifies accuracy of the paper.
