Concrete filled steel tube arch bridge has made a great development in the several years in China. The research of this bridge's design theory falls behind its engineering practice. Also, the research of its dynamic characteristics falls behind its static characteristics. Nowadays, the research of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge is mainly on its stability, but the trend of this bridge is to become big-span and light bridge, so the engineers in the practice field pay more and more attention to the research of this bridge's dynamic and anti-seismic characteristics. The advantage of tie arch bridge of concrete filled steel tube with double decks is that it can reduce the width of the bridge and save its' cost. But with the reasons of the complex strength and many structure transformations in construction, the mechanics analysis becomes more and more difficult. Hybrid arch bridge of steel tube and concrete filled steel tube is a new kind of bridge base on the arch bridge of concrete filled steel tube. The springing of arch rib partly use concrete filled steel tube, the left use empty steel tube. The arch rib's capacity of crosswise strength has improved for lowering the center of gravity and reducing the bridge's own weight. The above information can show us the advantage of this kind of bridge. Hybrid arch bridge of steel tube and concrete filled steel tube with double decks has all the characteristics of double decks bridge and hybrid arch bridge of steel tube and concrete filled steel tube, it has its advantages. It is the result of arch bridge of concrete filled steel tube after arch bridge of concrete filled steel tube become many-faceted and light and has the practical significance in the strength analysis of the complex structure bridge. Hybrid arch bridge of steel tube and concrete filled steel tube with double decks flying goose model is a new kind of hybrid arch bridge. The Xiangjiang bridge in Hengling road, Hengyang is the first bridge which use this kind of structure. The paper is based on the construction background of this bridge, we have collected related research data of arch bridge dynamic, expounded the dynamic analysis foundation, built three-dimension finite element model through large-size generally used calculation software ANSYS, and carried out the self-vibration characteristics analysis of this kind of bridge. And, we have analyzed the factors, which would influence the self-vibration characteristics, such as the difference of some structure parameter in simplifying the model, the crosswise laying, the quantity of concrete in the steel tube and boom laying. We have also analyzed the strength condition under seism.
