| The research work in this thesis is about the Central Exhaust System for residential kitchen in high-rise buildings.Based on existing applications and equipments research results, the thesis confirms the basic parameters for the system design, perfects the theory of the system and gives a general,safe, economical design method by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental validation.This thesis campared effect indexes of the kitchen ventilation, pointed out problems on the indexes, cumputered effects of the flow rate on the fractions of the gas and change rules under unsteady state.The number of local resistance and its change rule are different when check valves are adopted compared with normal tee branch.The thesis analizes impacts in theory, introduces existing means for the coefficient selection, simulates the local resistance coefficients while the area of the duct, open angle of up-open valve or the flux ratio changes. The results are validated by experiment and compared with data of other type valves and normal tee branch.According to the result on the local resistance and other technical data, a program is designed and developed. The program can be used to educe result under design conditions, adjust design parameters, and improve system balance. Finally, combined with results calculated by the program, impacts are analized as advices for the central exhaust system are proposed. |
