With the continuous improvement of photovoltaic technology, it is higher requirement to the electrical components which are formed solar photovoltaic power generation system. Due to the single solar cell conversion efficiency is low, and a large number of photovoltaic modules occupies large area. In order to reduce the connection between photovoltaic modules and inverters, also monitor and protect of between the photovoltaic,it needs to put multiple photovoltaic modules output bus and protection.And then it becomes less photovoltaic output current of the road and put into the inverter. Therefore, using and designing the intelligent photovoltaic confluence device become more and more important.In this paper,through the analysis of the features of photovoltaic cell components and the affection by the temperature, sunlight and lightning in a photovoltaic system, it developed a intelligent photovoltaic confluence device which combine the confluence device with the PC. The device which uses the ARM micro-controller LPC1114as the core, it designs the work module of power circuit, temperature detection and sampling circuit, the current and voltage detection circuit, lightning protection unit, display circuit of the device, RS485communication circuit and PC monitoring system based on LabVIEW, it realize the confluence, protection, monitoring function of the photovoltaic power generation system.In this paper, it emphasis on the hardware design of the photovoltaic confluence device and the software design of the PC. At last, through a large number of experiments, it proves the feasibility and stability of the device in the photovoltaic power generation system, not only optimizes the topological structure of the system, but also improves the reliability and maintainability of the system.
