The 3-D numerical simulation of G4-73No.8D centrifugal fan and with type ofcylinder, circular cone anti-vortex ring is carried with FLUENT in order toinvestigate the flow inside field of fan.Numerical simulation of flow inside voluteand leakage loss show that the flow field with the rings are more uniform and theleakage loss are reduced compared with that without rings.The experiment result ofperformance and sound approved the fan efficiency increase and sound reduce withtype of cylinder,circular cone anti-vortex ring,it also show the numerical simulationis right,the effect of energy conservation and denoising for circular cone-type ring isbetter than cylinder-type ring. |
