Research On The Space Mode And Development Of National University Dormitory

Dormitory is very important for students'studying and living in university. Recently, some new changes happen to the constructing of the university dormitory of china. The space of dormitory have to go on with the new trend to meet students'living styles. This article contraposes the change of dormitory and students'dwelling requirement, try to bring forward a series of reasonable designing methods of dormitry space mode for construction of recently and the near future. The article is made up of six chapters and can be divided into four parts. The number one chapter is the first part, it expatiates the changing social background of dormitory building and sums up the research data of students's dormitory, sets forth the meaning, purpose, method of research of this paper, and explains the interrelated conception. The second part include the number two chapter and the number three chapter.firsty, it summarizes and contrasts students'living status and the characteristic of dormitory of oversea and domestic. Secondly, with the survey and analysis of students'dwelling status, finds out the deficiency of domestic dormitory. The number four and the number five chapters compose the third part of article. In this part, with the result of survey we analysis the four key factors that effect the dweller's behavior in dormitory space, and find out more questions of dormitory. Farther, we particular analysis the space mode of dormitory in the aspects of individual space function, space scale, unit space mode and the holistic dormitory space mode, we put forward proposition of space designing especially on the unit space mode. The number six chapter is the last part of this paper. We bring forward some measures to improve the dormitory space and the manage system of dormitory. Finally, we set forth a tentative idea about make the tenemental houses around university more available for students'habitation.
