| Many concrete construction engineering are up against the problem of badness durability especially in the southeast littoral of China. And that the charge of servicing and reinforce because of sea water corrode to these buildings has increase the cost of theses construction engineering at sea water circumstance virtually. This disquisition through the ways of analyze the mechanism of corrosive irons how to corrode concrete and studies in laboratory, aim to develop a kind of concrete with high durability to corrosive action, which can satisfy the needs of a great lot concrete construction engineering under sea water.In this paper, the mechanism of corrosive irons how to corrode is been studied first, and then analyzed the necessarily properties of the raw materials to manufacture high performance concrete. In foundation with the seeked theory basis of improving the density of concrete, the author put forward a new technical approach with routine Portland cement, and blend the compound admixtures with mineral admixtures to develop sea water corrode resisting concrete. Through the orthogonal way design test, the author analyzed influences of mineral admixtures, concrete additive, water/cement ratio , the dosage of cementations materials on corrosive resisting property of concrete. In allusion to the instance of lacking suitable lab test method to estimate the corrosive resisting property of early age concrete, the author put forward a new method suit for estimating the corrode resisting property of early age concrete through parallel experiments. And then the author also put forward a "double corrode resisting modules" to judge the corrosive resisting property of early age concrete too.At last, because there are too many effects affect the "corrode resisting property" of concrete, the relationship between these effects and concrete can not be exactly expressed and posses high nonlinear. It is difficult to describe this relationship with a simple mathematics model or a mathematics formula. The author successes to build up a model which can forecast the "corrode resisting modulus" of concrete by means of BP-artificial-neural-network technology, based on considerable data from the experiment. It is showed that the model can forecast the "corrode resisting modulus" exactly. Artificial-neural-network technology is a new method worth to further study in concrete science. |
