Research On Real-time Cost Analysis System In The Power Plant

Here originally in the paper, combined the present electric market and reform the form , this paper has carried on research to the cost of electricity-generating of power plants from the overall angle. The work has done four following respects mainly:(1)Each elements of the power generating cost are studied. By considering both the fixed cost and the varied cost, the characteristic of every cost in production is analyzed respectively. The relations between generating cost and unit load are obtained by calculating all the kinds of costs.(2) in this paper the characteristic of the present form of electric marketing has been analyzed. Based on it, this paper has put forward several kinds of effective methods of the cost predict. According to the production characteristic of the thermal power plant, this paper has put forward and used the method of trend prediction to predict to the cost of electricity-generating, and has carried on detailed exposition to the step, procedure of the data and model of this method .(3)With the consideration of present trading characteristic of China electricity market, generating cost analyzed by the analytic method of profit and loss. Based on the above, generating cost is analyzed by the analytic method of sensitivity and the analytic method of risk.(4)Based on analyzing the business of cost analysis of the power plants, this paper has designed on the frame of the analyzed system of real-time cost of power plants, and has proposed the composition of each function module of the system. The data source of the system and data procedure have analyzed. The methods for communicating with management information system, financial administrative system and total equipment management system have proposed.
