Railroad construction, including constructing the new lines and reconstructing the existing railway line, is a project with using massive labor forces, consuming multitudinous material, and using a mass of fund. At present, our country fund is not very wealthy, so how to plan carefully, and save the investment in the railroad, continuously is the important topic which the railroad workers study. The railroad line design is one part of the entire railroad construction, further more, the design method being correct or not and the design quality being good or poor are of the pivotal significance to the cost of the railroad project.Based on studying thoroughly on the railway lining and the railway construction, using the existential idea of the railway dynamic design and the basic computing method for reference, the author further studies on the fundamental equation of the railway dynamic design, prior researches on the method of the railway dynamic design about discrete determinacy decision model, deduces recurrence equation of the numerical emulation, and designs optimizing iterative process of deterministic dynamic design about railway. For the sake of automatically carrying through scheme comparison, the author brings forward a comprehensive evaluation of many line programs based on virtual environment of railway lining design system.The paper adopts object-oriented modeling technique to carry on the research on the dynamic study and simulation system of railway, combing with the research method, adopting Visual C++ as a development tool, a software, about railroad dynamic design computer assistance decision system is developed. The correctness and feasibility of the theory is proved by using the software through using the example to carry on the computation.
