Applications Of Data Mining For The Catenary's Testing Data Rocessing

The Overhead Catenary System(OCS) is an important device of the power-supplying equipment for electrical railway, and it is also one of the equipment which are apt to produce fault of the electrical locomotive. To ensure the electrical locomotive operating safely, it is important to inspect the Overhead Catenary line periodically and keep Catenary System in good condition.The Catenary Testing Car is an intelligent testing equipment in electrified railway at present. It is the important device to test the geometrical and the electrical parameters of OCS through microcomputer. The signal of the testing sensors is sampled and the data will be saved by the data sampling & processing system.It is important to test the place of catenaty stillness for Catenary System of the high-speed electrified railway. Through finding the connection between the place of catenary stillness and others catenary's parameters inspection, it is useful to evaluate the catenary status and run calmly for the electrical locomotive.Data Mining is an important content in brainpower system theory and technology, it mine valuable and hidden knowledge from a great deal data through managing manual work brainpower, compute brainpower, pattern identify, symbolic statistic or other advanced technics.Technology of Data Mining is applied to analyze the data of the catenary's parameter inspection system. In the first place, the tested data of catenary system must be dealt with for data mining. Secondly, clustering method is applied to classify the data into some subgroups. So we can get the clustering's result. It also give computer simulation for the method. Finally, we can get the mathematic model by using the multiple linear regression.The feasibility of this approach can be proved by experimentalresults.
