With the massive uses of air conditioning, there has a series of questions such as construction syndrome, energy waste. Air conditioning's performance is more like "air conditioning for the construction" but not for people. Desk-TAC systems with controller have the potential to increase the satisfaction and productivity of occupants as a result of their ability to individually control their workplace environments so attracting more people's attention.In the paper, the experiment proved: new style air conditioning terminal can guarantee the fresh air blowing to the human body region with high efficiency in the situation of 18℃ and 40 m~3/h frsh air. In the work area, temperature field and the velocity field is unifore and easy to satisfy the human. Besides, the control mode is easy and the cost is low.In order to carry on the effective control and the management to the air-conditioning system in official buildings and save energy, direct digital control applying to task-ambient air conditioning should be considered firstly if technology is mature. According to the control characteristic and the request of Desk-TAC, the theoretical analysis proved: variable air volume (VAV) system is more appropriate. And author proposed the suitable terminal installment and the control method of Desk-TAC with the direct digital control mode to realize, which makes many problems solved and suits high automaticity request and easily control.If VAV system is applied to the TAC system, the stability is the main question. We use non-dimensional number K_s for the system stability to inspect the mutual action degree of each return route. The discovery speaking of the branched pipe network system, the terminal user stability misses (K_s>0.2), but the front and end user stability is good (|K_s|≤0.2),which explained that away from air conditioning unit farther user its stability under the design operating mode to be worse. As to ring system, its unstable factor is in middle user, but the comparison branched pipe network K_s value must be small, showed if designed reasonably,then may avoid rear end the user stable phase difference disparate question. As to terminal stability, we established TAC system model, and MATLAB software simulink toolbox has been used to establish the terminal computer simulation system as the platform, and then we compared and analyzed their quality. However, by analyzing the influence on the time-constant of terminal survey temperature to VAV system, we discovered that if thetime-constant of temperature is within 300 seconds, then the pressure related terminal may be suitable in VAV system which has the certain instruction function in one project.
