This paper focus on how the closed loop of concrete pump carry out speedy commutation, prompt push and soft delivery as well as analysis of pressure cut-off and velocity sensitive control. By means of power linkage chart method,the modeling was set up to simulate the delivery hydraulic system. The hydraulic shock in the closed loop did not occur when the swash plate commutated and it actually happened when the concrete was pushed forward after compression. This shock can be eliminated effectively by means of SN control.
