Stabile clay mixing hostel is the main kind of sets in construction machinery that specially used in mixing the stabile clay construction where uses water as binding agent. Stabile clay mixing hostel works at a settled place, so it has a lot of merits, such as high nicety of material prescription, high mixing uniformity and economical in materials etc. Stabile clay mixing hostel is widely used in high-class highway constructions, the roadbed construction and it also adapt to the others construction where needs Stabile clay materials. Transport infrastructure is very important factor in city infrastructure. Stabile clay mixing hostel is indispensable to high-class highway constructions. Compared with other countries, we still have lots of shortages. We have more productions but less profit, few of high-technology excess profit, lack of the key technology. Stabile clay mixing hostel should has high efficiency, saving energy sources, highly automatic, high nicety of material prescription, high mixing uniformity and so on. That's to say, it should has higher economic & feasible ratio, lower fabricating cost, easier to manipulate etc. It is a greatly advancement that use computer to realize the automatic mixing. In foreign, it has been a mainly method in Stabile clay mixing hostel's control. Thus the design of Stabile clay mixing hostel control system has become the most important task in the whole industry control trade. On the basis of the clearly known of its working process and construction techniques, we designed the control project. We also designed the hardware design project on base of the Stabile clay mixing hostile -WD500. We separate the whole design into three parts: the measure design, the communication design and the circuit board design. Instead of the combination of meter and PLC control method, we decide to use the YanHua Industry computer and YanHua PCL-727, PCL-818H circuit board combination. Because of the bad work condition, there are lots of disturbs to make the control system get the wrong code, do the wrong action, influence the precision and even destroy the computer. To reduce the influence, we do some anti-jamming methods in the hardware design and do some digital filtering in the software. After the system design and experiment analysis, we succeed in designing the operation monitor/alert module, Manuel/Automatic switch module, real-time dynamic alert module, statistical results statement module, all this methods do lots of favor in operation and management. On the analysis of the feature of the data, We got a important feature: pure delay + linear dependence, so we can expiate the quarrel control mistake in the software. Firstly, add a feed forward to control variant. Secondly, according to the variant's chance calculate the expiate data, and multiply by the output mistake which wanted to be expiate the next moment, then we can get the variant what we need to expiate the mistake. Through this continuous expiating, we can finally expiate the output mistake. VB, VC and configuration software always be used in designing the automatic mixing set control system software, all of them have its special excellency. VC++ is a kind of visual program tool that used to develop the windows application. It changes the traditional program method. Programmer can directly edit the program at the visual environments. It integrates a lot of tools and functions else to help the programmer to develop the application program. According to the actual needs, we designed the control software. The software contains data collection module, calculate module, control module, user interface module. According to its functions, it can be separated into five modules: login module, configure module, percentage module, techniques module, report module. All this module comminute the industry computer and industry control circuit board, and display the whole system working progress as movie, realize the dynamic control and run-time monitoring. After the whole hardware and software designs, we do a lot of experiments. By these experiments we find out the relationships of weight, speed and corresponding voltage. On analysis of the experiment data, we finally find out the dynamic adjust method and parametric adjust method. At last, we confirm the hardware anti-jamming method and finally make the system steady run. The system's dynamic adjust speed and control accuracy are absolutely satisfied design specification and the system needs.
