Study On Standard System Of Water Resource Sustainable Utilization

Standardization is one of China's three strategies for the development of science and technology. Focusing on such problems as water resource shortage, flood's frequent occurrence, serious soil and water losses, and aggravating water pollution in China, and starting from the strategy of sustainable utilization and long-term development of water resources, a research on the technical standard system for water resource sustainable utilization is hereto fully launched, both wholly and specifically. A technical standard system planning blueprint is worked out, aiming to support the construction of the technical standard system for water resource sustainable utilization and render standard assurance for water resource sustainable utilization.By studying and analyzing current situation, technical demands, technical standards, technical standard system framework as well as construction schemes in some key technical fields for water resource sustainable utilization, this article brings forward the suggestions concerning the standard system for water resource sustainable utilization in China.
