According to the reform of economic system and opening policy, the trade between China and other countries around the world develops rapidly, and the throughput of container terminal in our country raise sharply. At the same time, because of the Global Economic Integration, China is coming into a great production country around the world, which promotes the competition among container terminals and makes transport conditions\management level\production efficiency\operation cost and service quality to be the core-competition in container terminal. But in the other hand, it also makes the dispatching of container machine to be more complicated. In order to meet this urgency demand, we begin to do the research on automatic truck dispatching system in container terminals based on dynamic optimization combination.Firstly, this paper does some analyses on traditional container-truck dispatching rule and advances the truck dispatching strategy based on dynamic optimization combination, in this new dispatching strategy we use Engineering Fuzzy Mathematics in route-chosen. We use Witness to found simulation model and do some simulation analyses, and use simulation data to prove the new dispatching strategy, which can improve container-truck's working efficiency.Secondly, the paper does some research on automatic truck dispatching system of container terminals based on Dynamic Optimization Combination. To build the system we use prototyping of RiZhao Container Terminal as research method and the data-transfer structure is Client/Server mode. The whole system is been divided to be 4 models.Finally, the paper introduces two test methods, and completes system test by Black-Box methods. The test result proved that the Automatic Truck Dispatching System of Container Terminals Based on Dynamic Optimization Combination is valid, and its function, real-time character and stability are all good, this system is suitable for engineering application.
