The Yunyang Changjiang River Bridge lies within the boundaries of Yunyang county of the east of Chongqing.It is a P.C. cable-stay bridge with structure form of higher low tower, double cable plane, dense cables, symmetrical fan-type, reinforced concrete double-web main beam, bearing structure system. For cooperate with Yunyang Yang Changjiang Bridge construct the harmony of the course, it is necessary to supervise in the whole journey to the construction of the whole bridge, including deflection, stress and strain measurement, cable force, ect. This thesis has carried on research and discussion in the following several respects.The thesis has introduced Yangyang Changjiang River Bridge and construction surveillance in detail of the theoretical foundations of key project and index, survey instruments, station arrangement, method of testing and data collection about cable force, key cross-sectional stress of girder, temperature, alignment and tower horizontal deflection. In allusion to influencing various kinds of factors of testing precision, it does detailed analysis, and has put forward improved measure and method on this basis.This thesis has been analysed in detail about the data supervised of key project and studied main beam each operating mode in alignment, cable force, main beam and tower stress and strain of their variation tendency. And surveyed the data in the scene and carried on contrast to compare with the theory value of calculation to the state of constructing differently and the difference of practical elevation and theory one. The thesis also analysed the influence factors of the error. According to these influence factors, has probed into the precautionary measures of constructing, has offered helpful reference for constructing surveillance in other bridges.Designing the characteristic for structure of the bridge, it has put forward the scheme of adjusting cable force, the suitable construction scheme of the bridge is on the basis of calculating, and it compared with the whole bridgepractical cable force with theory value after adjusting. According to comparing with the result, the control effect is more ideal and it is indispensable to optimization internal force distribution.In the condition of main beam construction and dead load, the construction surveillance of the key project of Yunyang Changjiang River bridge is achieved satisfactory success, the alignment of main beam smooth and the internal force distribution of three major systems are rational, the structure of the bridge is safe and reliable. This subject combines academic research and practise commendably, pulling the cable-stayed bridge constructs surveillance to do beneficial quest towards acrossing one degree greatly inclinedly.
