With the development of technology and traffic, prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge was widely applied for its simply construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and comfortable rid. To ensure the quality and security of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, construction control was of great importance.The general situation on the development of long-span prestressed concrete bridges is introduce and the significance, purpose, function and content of the construction monitoring work are also presented in this text. The basic theory of bridge construction controlling, and the basic principles and methods of parameter identification are also summarized. By using the bridge structure analysis software (MIDAS/CIVIL),the stresses and displacements of super structure of MoZiTan First River Bridge are obtained. And the results can provide valuable reference for the monitoring work during bridge construction. In the course of alignment control of the box beams of the superstructure of MoZiTan First River Bridge, some specific construction methods have been introduced. Through theoretic calculation, field continuous measurement and forecast of Kalman filter method, the reasonable camber during construction has been suggested. The stress testing technology of cross-section during box-beam construction of MoZiTan First River Bridge has been studied in detail. Meanwhile, various testing errors have been analyzed and corrected. The actual stresses of the structure have been obtained so that construction quality can be effectively ensured.The conclusions of this thesis can provide valuable reference for the construction monitoring and testing of long-span prestressed concrete bridge. |
