The fundamental characteristic of tunnel design is geological & environmental complexity and inadequate of basic information, the construction of tunnel works has great uncertainty and high risks. In home and aboard case history, it had mainly depend on experience of technical for a long time. New Austrilia Tunnel Method(NATM), as a new way for tunnel construction idea, combining with the development of geo-techniques, measurement technique, database management technology and computer-aided design technology etc has pushed tunneling into "Informatization Construction Period."T Informatization Construction Idea has the advantage of solving unstady problem. It is inherently capable of solving uncertainties, hedging risks and establishing warning system against major failures or collapse, thus achieving goal of security and economy. It fits for the construction of tunnel, and can allow to adjusting the design and construction according to the projection condition.Based on the actual pjoject, using tunnel informaization technique, such as geo-techniques forcasting technique, FEM computation, measurement technique, aiming at the construction of Dapin station tunnel of light railway in Chongqing and Geleshan tunnel, it described mainly the geo-techniques forcasting in the tunnel full of water, and comparation of various advanced forecast methods used in the gushing tunnel construction.Combining the numeral analysis method, the tunnel excavation method for the large span, shallow covering tunnel and direction effort of measurement technique were researched, and some conclusion were drawn:Tunneling construction in the strata full of water, leading drilling is necessary. The tunnel excavation method for the large span, shallow covering tunnel, stress measurement at the tunnel streel bracket is necessary.During the construction period, the information on tunnel construction was analazed thoroughly, and the design and construction method was adjusted dynamicly, which ensured the projection quality and construction safety.
