The heavy ramming method is also called dynamic consolidation method or dynamic compacting method, which is that the weighty hammer which is 100-400KN (the maximum is up to 2000KN) is lifted 6-40m, drops and gives the ground impact and vibration to enhance the ground intensity, reduce the compressibility, and improve the vibrating liquefaction condition of the soil .etc.In recent years, the technology of dynamic consolidation develops rapidly inland, and the application range is more extensive. The researches mainly focus on high power dynamic consolidation and the dynamic consolidation technology in compound ground in saturated soft soil at present, however the research on the mechanism that is the dynamic consolidation controlling uneven subside in high filled foundation is little.Based on referring to extensively dynamic consolidation technology literature at home and abroad, author has completely understood the present development and research of the dynamic consolidation technology. The reinforcement mechanism, scope of application of dynamic consolidation, high power dynamic consolidation, the mechanism controlling high filled ground's uneven subsidy and the test and inspection of the dynamic consolidation method reinforcing ground have been researched deeply. And the conclusions are followed: the effective depth of improvement relates to the geological condition and various kinds of dynamic consolidation parameters;present various kinds of dynamic consolidation parameters to gain the maximum effective depth of improvement and the method to estimate the effective depth of improvement under the geological condition in different sites. The ground improvement in flying area road in Mianyang south suburb airport has been taken as a praxis: the area in hilly high filled ground has been solved by dynamic consolidation method, and present the dynamic consolidation technical parameters in hilly high filled ground and the dynamic consolidation reinforcement mechanism in cobble soil and gravel soil, which retrench investment 20%.
