Work-Rest Time On Chengdu Center Zone

Work and rest is a sociology problem in strict sense. It's time and space constraints with people's livings, works and social activities, including personal attribute, family attribute, unit attribute and social attribute, the time adjustment of work and rest need to consider social coordination, normal operation and exchanges with other departments of the unit, the convenience of family life and personal habits and health etc .The compositor rule of work and rest is personal attribute inferior to family attribute, family attribute inferior to unit attribute, unit attributes inferior to social attribute. However, the constitution of social attribute should considered family attribute, unit attribute and personal attribute.Some attempts have been done in home and aboard which use the adjustment of social attribute to adjust social electricity, gas ,water and traffic peak in order to address the problem of high demand and deficient supply in short-term .Work and rest in the Center of Chengdu has large space to be regulated that traffic resource can be using proportionally by Staggered Shifts to reduce jam phenomenon in traffic peak.Basing on the work and rest in center of Chengdu, This paper have socio-unit-family-personal attributes analysis for the work and rest of social issues.Basing on the investigation for the work and rest of unit and school, systemic analysis and diagnosis for problems have be done for the space-time distributing to research in the investigation space.
