The decoiling auto-line is an integrant large whole set equipment in mass production of automobile, vessel, home electric appliances and so on. The quality of the decoiling auto-line depends on the roll feed system, and the precision and velocity of the decoiling auto-line are directly influenced by the performance of the drive motor in roll feed system. It is significance to research and analyze drive motor have a great. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) has high power density, fast response and high control precision. That it gradually becomes the first choice for roll feed drive motor.Based on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) used on decoiling auto-line, the main tasks covered as fellow in the thesis:1. PMSM math model in three phases reference frame and math equation in two phases reference frame are introduced. PMSM vector control principle is illuminated on the basis of above theory.2. Three kinds of current control methods including i_d = 0, the largest ratio of torque and current and constant flux control are analyzed. The characteristic and application of the three methods are illuminated, and the reason selecting i_d=0 control method is given.3. The control process of PMSM vector control system and the realize method of SVPWM are analyzed in theory.4. The simulation model of PMSM vector control system is set up using Matlab/Simulink and some typical statuses are simulated and analyzed.5. The work characteristic and electric control project of the decoiling auto-line roll feed system are simply illuminated. The hardware and work principle of Rexroth servo system are produced. The control parameters and function are debugged through test.
