Neutron radiography is one of important portion of neutron applications. It may be applied in many scopes, for example, national safety and navigation. In neutron radiography research, it is a key component to design the optimal beam-shaping-assembly (BSA) besides high-current neutron source and advanced imaging device must be developed. In this paper, the BSAs for neutron radiography based on d-D and d-T accelerator neutron source have been designed using MCNP code. The main contents of this paper include the following sections:The principles, research states and application fields on neutron radiograph have been introduced in Chapter 1. The desired parameters of neutron beam for thermal neutron radiograph (TNR) and fast neutron radiograph (FNR) have also been summaried. In Chapter 2, Monte Carlo method and Monte Carlo N-particle transport code system (MCNP code) for neutron transport simulation have been introduced. The thesis have also discussed the simulation precision, accuracy and variance reducetion techniques of MCNP code .The neutron transport simulations for the BSAs design of neutron radiograph based on d-D and d-T neutron have been carried out, and typical design results have been presented in Chapter 3.In Chapter 4, the results have been discussed, and some suggestions for future research have been presented.
