Faced with the personalized user demand, the rapid changes and market diversification, the traditional serial design model is unable to be adapted to increasingly fierce market competition and integration of computer technology, network technology, communications technology and multimedia technology in collaboration with the design model is becoming increasingly popular. How to design and build a rapid and effective co-design system is an important research subject. From this perspective, the dissertation researchs the design of a electromechanical product co-design system based on component interface matrix supplying electromechnical enterprises to shorten product development cycle, improve product design efficiency and improve product research and development quality with achievement and theory foundation.First of all the dissertation presents a project planning method combining a rough project planning method based on component interface matrix with a detailed project planning method based on DSM. The dissertation presents the definition and category of electromechanical product component interface and the description model and realization method of mechanical interface and definies a interface matrix on the basis of the relationships of underplanned product component mechanical interfaces and then a interface matrix with linked components assembled is set up, using the principle of the priority of their interfaces, to achieve rough project planning;According to the interface relations and time-based tasks the interface matrix will be converted into DSM and then the task group will be divided into independent tasks, dependent tasks and interdependent tasks to achieve detailed project planning by trails search algorithm. Case analysis and simulation result show that in the situation of loose component interface relations, rough project planning can break down the component set into subsets significantly with smaller size;Lower coupling relations between the tasks, the task group is divided into independent tasks, dependent tasks and interdependent tasks and the size of the task subgroups is significantly small. Then, the dissertation studies a planning optimization problem for design tasks supporting teams and roles according to the task groups produced after project planning. A corresponding mathematical model is presented and an efficiency matrix is designed through the establishment of related task model and human model, using aqualification deciding method based on role as the assignment qualification judging method for design tasks and an branch&bound algorithm as task allocation algorithm and the largest overall efficiency value of the teams as design tasks allocation guidelines, to address the project task planning problem with an effective method. Case analysis shows that the mathematical model and its resolution can make the design tasks planned reasonably and effectively.A electromechanical product collaborative design system based on component interface matrix is designed based on the previous theoretical study with Jsp% Java and Web technologies, including six main modules : organization management module, project management module, project planning module, collaboration tool set module, document management module and access control management modules. At last a simulation case is studied to show that the system is effective and useful.
