Since the industrial revolution in 17th century, with the rapid development of global productive forces, scient and technology, the ability that the human conquest of natural has unprecedented improved. But at the same time, technology is a double-category sword.It not only has provided good service for human life, but also has destroyed human living environment unprecedented. Fortunately, the human has awaked.With the question worsening that ecological crisis, the cultural loss and the global sameness of modern architecture, people have to start rethinking. Through trial and tribulation for thousands of years as a construction forms, local architecture under today's social environment has shown a strong vitality. As one of the architectural features, adobe construction, with its good ecological functions, directed attention of the people all of the world for the second time .However, with social development and progress of human living conditions in high demand today, it is not perfect and hasn't limitation.Under such historical conditions and background, based on research on the Hexi Corridor region ecological construction and settlement, the article try to analysis and summed up the patterns of settlement construction in the ecological vision, using expertise theory, through extensively looking up data and extensively field visits and researching from space patterns, construction patterns, Visual Communication fields, geographical immature soil analysis and summed up the patterns of settlement construction the same generation "genetic code". The article summarized and summed up the design principles of under the background of the living continually enhance today, the principles will be applied to future architectural design.
