Study on energy saving and optimization control of a hot water supply system is done, which is equipped with ground-water heat pump system in a high building. The main research work is shown as following:The mathematical model and the simulation of the high building are built by dividing the system into several components. The data of 24-hour hot water demanding of the building is recorded, and is used in the simulation model to make it more similar to the real environment. Through large amount of simulation data, the physical characters of the real building is analysed, the control rules of the ground-water heat pump system is acquired, and then the fuzzy controller is designed. The simulation results indicate that the controller is effective and the output temperature is stable.The test platform which is simulated the ground-water heat pump system is made up. It is controlled by OP7200 microprocessor, its temperature is more difficultly controlled than the real water supply system. Model reference control based on RBF neural networks is applied to improve the performance of the controller, the experiment result indicates that adding the water supplyment loop in the control system and applying model reference control greatly promote the performance of the hot water supply system.
