PHC pile has some merits :high bearing capacity of single pile, good anti-bend capability, stabile quality, wide application, fast pile-driving pace . so it is adopted in more and more industrial and civilian projects, because the compaction effect, the excess pore water pressure is produced in the shaft soil mass the surrounding sand and clay may liquefy , the jacking quality and using function of pile foundation may be affected , the pile and line and the building beside the construct-local may be affected also. Therefore, how to confirm the magnitude and the changing regularity of excess pore water pressure in the process of pile-jacking in reason, to estimate affecting degree of the excess pore water pressure has became important research task of the academic and practical problem that cry for settling of the project group .Therefore, in this paper, after deeply studying the present calculation methods for the express pore water pressure in the process of the PHC pile construction in the soft soil foundation, based on the other research works, the non-linear finite element calculation technology is adopted to study the changing regularity and mechanism of excess pore water pressure in the process of pile-jacking, the calculation theory of the non-linear material and non-linear contact finite element method and space axial symmetry Biot's consolidation is researched ,with a project example, the simulation model have been founded by the ADINA .the pile spacing, the diameter of the pile, pile-jacking pace and plugging effect how to affect the changing regularity of excess pore water pressure is analyzed.Based on the application of the above calculation method and the result of the non-linear finite element analysis, and contrast with the field date, some conclusions and suggestions are proposed, some gist are offered in order to arrange the jacking order rationally, and control the jacking pace optimally, and choose necessary drain , and reduce the harm of the jacking . |
