In the Engineering Mechanics, the theory of Kinematics and Dynamics is very profound. There is some knowledge such as the theorem of composition of the velocities of a particle, the Coriolis acceleration, the plane motion of a rigid body and so on. If students want to study and understand the information, they must have strong ability of logic ratiocination and space fancy. So we have developed some Assisted Teaching Software. They will help students better comprehend the information what they studied. So this work is worthy.The basic process of developing the Assisted Teaching Software is introduced in this paper. Combining the subject's characteristic and the need in teaching of the Engineering Mechanics, some methods of dynamic controlling are researched in this paper, including the method of controlling time, the method of rotating a rigid body about a random-particle, the method of drawing the path of motion, the method of changing parameters and the method of writing using the mouse. By researching fully, these methods have been more perfect and universal. And they can provide better service for doing the congener Teaching Software. And they are applied to develop some Assisted Teaching Software of the Engineering Mechanics, such as the fine rolling, the relative path of a moving-particle, the swinging transportation, the Coriolis acceleration and the plane motion of a rigid body. At the same time, it is validated that these methods of dynamic controlling that researched before have feasibility, practicability and significance. And the software in the assisted teaching of the Engineering Mechanics is very excellent.
