With the swift development of science and technology, the growing progress of printing industry, printing technology and its related industries have come into the technology fields of people's attention, and also has been a new economic growth point. The use and applications of Printing are broadening. Especially in China, with the continual deepening of reform and opening, the growing prosperity of the national economy, people's material and cultural living standards rising, printing industry also raises "more, newer and higher" demands to the output and grades of printing products. Modern printers are developing toward high-speed, high automation and high reliability. Therefore, we need to control printers transducer with high-power.This topic researches the control strategy of printer transducer, and analyzes the typical electro motors control methods contrastively, and adopts advanced SVPWM technology to control transducer. It also analyzes the SVPWM theory to give the conventional realization methods of SVPWM. On this basis, we extrapolate a simple realization method which has been proved feasible and effective by theoretical analysis and experimental results for SVPWM. With SVPWM's high utilization of DC voltage and the switch's small losses, the high-powered inverter output could be achieved. To the inherent problem in Printers frequency conversion control — dead zones, we go deep into the analysis and find a method to compensate dead zone through the phase angle forecast. The method doesn't need to detect if the current is over zero point, reducing hardware cost, convenient for software implement, and gets good results.On demands of transducer's parameters and control, this paper completes the printer transducer system design. In terms of hardware, we do optimization design on control circuit, driving circuits and auxiliary circuits with the central controller of TMS320LF2401A DSP and main power switching devices of IPM. In terms of software, we use assemble language complete the whole control system software's programming with central control arithmetic of SVPWM. This paper also analyzes anti-jamming for control system on both hardware and software terms, and gives the corresponding anti-jamming design. This system's high precise frequency modulation and stable operation satisfy the timing demand of printer transducer.
