We are now in an era, in which Architects are paying more and more attention onEcological building design. Sustainable development and resource protection will godeep into the core of architecture design. Architects are facing a challenge whichneeds them to emphasize the sustainable architecture practice, reduce the negativeeffect of architecture activity to the lowest degree, and create health and comfortablebuildings for people. This is also a decisive factor for people to resolve theenvironmental crisis.Being a research design, this paper makes the design of Data Processing Centerof Handan Local Taxation Bureau an example;discuss the adaptive ecologicaltechnique for office building in the north area of our country. According to thesituation of China, our design use the practical technique, aim at accelerate the spreadof ecological consciousness and ecological conception. At the same time, we shouldtry to use the more advanced technique and conception as possible as we can.The first part introduces the general situation of the design and the developmentprocess of the project. The second part emphasizes on the study of ecologicaltechnique using, including ecological design on individual building and ecologicaldesign on site design. The third part summarizes the ecological concept and techniqueused in this design, brings out some experience and suggestions on ecologicalpractice in China.
