The tubes of waterwall, superheater, reheater and economizer, especially, steam drum and steam-water separator, are the main component of the heat exchangers in boiler. Whether the run safely and stably or not is directly count for much the safe of the whole plant operation. The boiler component accurate failure mechanism analysis and the life predict are an effect method to enhance the power plant operation reliability.This paper has analyzed the boiler high-temperature and high-pressure component failure mechanism, pointed out the influence tubes and steam drum the life loses the primary factor and the main failure spot, in the consideration primary factor situation, the strength theory is adopted to analyze the stress of the boiler tubes, and the calculation method of metal fatigue and creep is adopted to estimate the life loss of the boiler tubes and steam drum, and proposed the simplification calculation method which can satisfies on-line and the off-line monitor request.According to simplification calculation method which proposed, proposed separately applies in develops the boiler tubes life loss monitor system design process, has built the foundation for the system development. At the same time, the dissertation according to the process to develop partial B/S structure life loss monitor system, the data storage uses the ACCESS database, development with VBscript, has achieved the partial functions, and has established the metal material database system, use this system you can inquiry and add data conveniently.
