| The dynamic monitoring and comprehensive evaluation of the indexes of power qualitywhich helps to provide reliable index data for the commercial power operation is theprecondition to secure the normal order of power utilization and supervised management forcustomers at different levels. A system is designed for the power quality monitoring andmanagement which is based on the combination of web and object oriented techniques,including hierarchical structure and hardware constitution. The specific functions of powerquality information announcing system are described in detail. The system adopts PQDIF(Power Quality Data Interchange Format)as its data format which is recommended by IEEEcommittee. It offers a solution to the problem of different power quality file formats. Thesystem has already run in grids at province and city level, and results show that themonitoring and management system of power quality which is based on web technology canrun with high reliability, flexibility and extensibility. |
