| With the development of automobile industry and transportation industry, auto demandis increasing greatly. Also the traffic accidents happens more and more because of the vehicleperformance and human factors, which is such a waste of resources. In this paper, accordingto the case a car early warning system based on multi-sensor fusion technology is studied.Asfor the system, usually in cheap cars with a series of sensors to collect data and a MSP430single chip microcomputer for data processing, the driver can be alerted or the car can bestopped by controlling the starting machine. In this way, to some extent it can reduce drunkendriving and overload which are extremely dangerous, to help to improve the safety of driving.According to defects of current early warning system, this paper puts forward the earlywarning system for alcohol and overload warning system, making passive warning into activewarning, this is the innovation of this article. According to the requirements of the system andmodule analysis, this paper designed drunken driving warning module, overload warningmodule, temperature warning module, speed and space warning module, display module,alarm module and extended voice alarm module.In this paper, after studying the car early warning system based on multi-sensor fusiontechnology, with the use of the design of the hardware circuit structures, including sensormodule circuit and PCB interface connection, followed by the software system beingcompiled, simulated and run, including the IAR and MSP430programmed and simulated;Finally through the oscilloscope, logic analyzer, the digital multimeter to debug,the systemproject is finished in the end.According to the experimental results and physical demonstration together, drunkdriving warning module’s MQ-3sensor is sensitive to ethanol gas within the scope of the100PPM.System being set at20mg/mlas drunken driving level, drunk driving test moduleresponds in0.5min; The weighing sensor used in overload warning module can weigh up to3kg, while, it cut the power when it reaches2kg; Speed warning system with the US–100sensor measuring500cm max, will alarm once the distance is less than50cm. Final aftertesting part of the warning system, the reaction warning effect is proved to be stable accordingto the measured result, meaning the early warning system’s function can be realized in theend. |
