At present, LTK is one of the most popular subjects in the ophthalmology refractive field. By the power of laser, partial organize of the eye cornea was shrunk, and the curvature radius of the outside surface for the eye cornea was changed permanently, finally the hyperopic refractive was remedied. It has been mostly used in hyperopic treatment. Because of advantages of this method, such as harmless to the cornea organize, being able to be repeated, less requirements for the operation condition and needless to disinfect. It has been gradually accepted by the world.In this article, based on consulting a large amount of literature, we analyzed the therapy effect for a few kinds of laser (mainly different in wavelength) which were used widely in LTK nowadays, and, got the conclusion about DTK by comparing all kinds of methods used for hyperopic refractive remedy. Meanwhile, we summarized DTK's characteristic, advantage and development foreground when used in hyperopic treatment.Based on geometric dimension and optics coefficients for Gullstrand's eye model, we made optics analyses. According to the cornea fore-surface's physics variation before & after the operation, we brought forward several limited conditions, and then set up the mathematical model for the cornea fore-surface. By analyzing some key parameters of cornea, we got the mathematical relationship between the variation of cornea refractive power and each of the parameters thus predicted the remedy effect for the Diode LTK in theory.According to the characteristic for DTK, we designed a program for animal test, and carried it out. According to the test data, we analyzed the operation effects for DTK qualitatively. The conclusion showed that DTK could change the cornea refractive power effectively, and finally achieve the purpose of hyperopic remedy.We developed the DTK hyperopic treatment medical simulation system on the basis of Microsoft Windows operation system platform, combined with the OpenGL technology in Visual C++6.0. The development of the whole system reflected the idea of modern software engineering, by adopting the methods of OOD and blockdesigning. The system confirmed the functions of simulation, such as prediction, calculation and presentation. At the same time, we set up the database for hyperopic patients, realized the link with the simulation system, and made it available to set the function interface for database query, adding and deleting. |
