Research On The Technique Of Modeling And Simulation On Product Cooperative Design Workflow

The design of mechanic product should consider its course of design whole and synthetically from the function of the products, appearance, machining technology, production cost, market demand, quality control and importance etc. The course of design of the products correlates with the knowledge of each field about products, and still involves the comprehensive treatment and utilization of the multi-field knowledge, experience, and data. According to the design characteristic of the mechanic product, this paper introduces the concept of the workflow into the collaborative design, which resolves the problem appeared in the design by the method of workflow from the angle of expressing design process information in an all-round way. Utilize the Multi-Context Map (Multi-Context Map is abbreviated as MCM) and the Collaborative Linkage Map (Collaborative Linkage Map is abbreviated as CLM) to describe the course of collaborative work and to set up corresponding the model of workflow.This paper carries on a relatively deep and systematic research about characteristic and key support technology for product collaborative design by instance In coordination with the target's characteristic in the product design, having analyzed the characteristic of the brand-new modeling method of MCM/CLM, and according to the modeling theory that has already been put forward, optimize the improvement on the basis of the original modeling elements, have classified the logic relation again. Use Visio modeling tool to develop the environment for figure modeling. Found the corresponding evaluation model by the emulation software of GPSS, and provides concrete computational process and methods, finally put the feedback of the emulation result in concrete application, and then improve the structure of the model.The modeling method of MCM/CLM is improved and optimized in this paper and applied to the concrete product design, through developing the environment for figure modeling, verified the advantage of this modeling method through emulation finally, so the need can be meet in the modeling of product collaborative design.
