Development Of Devices Mangement System For Power Plant Based On Device Code

The emphase of plant equipments managing job is to ensure that the plant's equipments run all right, and make the plant's ability of generating electricity gain largest exertion. A hight efficient plant equipments management can reduce the expenditure of operation, and improve the plant's computer manager's level to increase the profit, and swelling competition of the plant.In this paper, a management software for power plant is introduced, and how to use this software to manage the equipments of the plant. Because of the equipments of the plant have a lot of kinds, and have lots of managing content, furthermore, different plants make its equipments into different sorts. So, to choose a sort criterion is very important. This text choose KKS standard of Germany to turn into the sort standard of the software, and introduce the KKS detailedly. This software is written follow this standard, and the text introduced the sorts of the equipments of the software, the configuration of the data, manage contents and the methods of managing data, and so on.The works as follow are included in this paper:1) The character of device management in power plant is analysed, and the coding system is choiced. In this paper the KKS coding system is choiced.2) Based on the coding system, the device managing system is built. According to the coding system, the main message of decice is include in this system.3) The network structure is buit for this device managing system.4) The interface between the device managing system and MIS is built.The results of testing show that this system can work accurately. The efficiency of management will be improved by this system. And it is good to the running of power plant unit.
