| With the rapid development of real estate, the obvious social stratum ofthe living model of a big city, and suburbanization, it's a considerable questionthat how a small and middle city perfectly chooses its residential model.Xing Tai is in Hua Bei plain, with the economy below the average level.Its population has a change from a middle city to a big one. As far as itseconomy, population, and policy are concerned, studying this city's livingpattern must have successful experiences of others to go by.My thesis analyzes Xing Tai's construction and expedition, the widenprocess of residential space, and the variation and directions of living structure.It brings forward some problems that exist in the construction of populated areawhich compare with other cities along Jing Guan railway.From the residence need and the development of the soil to analyze theaim of the residence , prospect the living model in the future, discuss the scope,the road system, the tendency of green landscape, and the structure about livingschema,and so on.I hope my thesis will use for reference to small and middle cities. |
