This paper makes an overall study on the Method of Test for Calorific Value ofGases by the Water-flow Calorimeter,by references collected,puts the developingprocess of the method in order,confirms that the Japanese industrial standard JIS K2301-1992 is the uptodate and advanced standard up to now.The article attests in theory the rationality of the air humidity conditions neededby finding Superior Calorific Value directly in the JIS standard,as well as therationality of tempreture conditions needed by the Test for Calorific Value of gases inthe JIS standard.It can be proved by the actual tests that the humidity and tempreture conditonsreqired by the JIS standard is practicable.A software was compiled on the basis of definition and relating theoreticalanalysis.Its functions are:computering the air humidity needed by humidity balanceon different excess air coefficient and different gases;computering the humiditycorrection to the Calorifi Value of Test out of banlance of humidity in order tocalculating Superior Calorific Value;computering the tempreture correction to theCalorific Value of Test in condition of gas tempreture and flue gas tempreture beingnot equal to air tempreture;computering in theory the difference between the SuperiorCalorific Value and the Inferior Calorific Value;taking order with the data of CalorificValue Test ,computering the results of the test.The text puts forward the way of calculating the Superior Calorific Value byTesting Inferior Calorific Value first.In addition,the paper improves on the equipments connectin of the system in theJIS standard in order to make the gas flux through gas meter and the load of burnermore stable.Accoding to GB/T 11062-1998 and relating ISO standards,Calorific Value ofactual volume should be taken as the standard value,we take the values in GB/T11062-1998 as the standard. |
