The Research And Applycation Of Manufacturing Process Planning In Typical Discrete Sector

Therefore,it became a field which was exploredand practiced actively by academy and industry.A framework of manufacturing process is constructed on basis of industrypractice in this paper. It puts forward a method of manufacturing process planningbased on logistics,information flow carrier system. The method can effectivelydetermine the information gathering and operation logistics. Furthermore, it canrealize the synchronous operation of the logistics carrier and information flow carrier.It can provide fundamental supports to management and the application ofinformation technology in the enterprise. The research focuses on following aspects:1. Based on the objectives of manufacturing process planning, a framework ofmanufacturing process planning is constructed with the main research contents ofplanning of logistics carrier and information flow carrier system from productlife-cycle.2. Combine the typical discrete manufacturing--automobile gear manufacturing,research is carried out with respect to the logistics carrier and information flow carriersystem planning of relevant product, and the combined operation of the two system.Next, the principles and influence factors of the logistics carrier planning aresummarized.3. Based on the logistics carrier system planning, a planning method ofinformation flow carrier system which major form are work order bill andmanufacturing process kanban is proposed. Cooperate and manage method oflogistics and information flow in manufacturing process is researched.4. Combine the instance of manufacturing process planning in TianHaiAutomobile Synchronizer Co. Ltd, a typical automobile gear manufacturing, weexpatiated the application of manufacturing process planning method systematically.the carrier system's set up and combined operate has been proven effective in thefollowing aspects: facilitating the synchronization of enterprise logistics andinformation flow;shortening the lead-time;reducing WIP(Work In Process);supporting the implementation of enterprise ERP systems.
