| Now research on the nuclear fusion is one of the main subjects in the world forsettling energy problems. Micro-sphere target is the key element in the InertiaConstraint Nuclear-fusion (ICF) system. Its motivation energy and transitionefficiency are both important to the whole system. In order to improve its motivationenergy and transition efficiency, multiplex beam of laser are needed to aim themicro-sphere target at the same time. The precision of aim is important to the wholeprocess of the ICF. Thus online measure during ICF semiautomatic assembly iscrucial to ensure accurate allocation and the precision of assembly.This paper, firstly, designed a structure for the whole micro assembly system anda micro-mechanical arm, which ensure achieving appropriately main actions and themicro-sphere target can be placed to the suitable place during the assembly. Secondly,the user interface is made by VB language, and it is used to input control signals. TheAT89S52 chip is used as the main control part to output signals to inching mechanism.As the coarse control mechanism in the system, revolution motion is transferred toparallel move by a screw machine. The PZT actuator is used as micro controlmechanism in the system. Its resolution and precision can reach to 1 μm . Theexperiment have showed that this kind of piezoelectric micro-mechanical arm couldbe used in the ICF assembly robot system well. The design of the piezoelectric drivepower, the design of computer control hardware and software are described in thispaper too. |
