In the precious research and application, some researchresults for the mixed soda residue soils and pure soda residue compacted havebeen achieved on base of some laboratory soil tests and engineering practices,the bearing capacity property of pure soda residue, especially the one withhigh water content has not been clearly recognized. The principal of sodaresidue engineering has gradually realized that pure soda residue with highwater content possesses considerable bearing capacity which can be appliedin the engineering practices. In this paper the bearing capacity of pure sodaresidue with high water content is studied by field tests in order to makeuse of it in different bearing capacity conditions. This is a newphenomenadiscovered in the use of soda residue and is a new concept in itsapplication.If the problem can be fully studied and solved, it will enlargethe application area of the soda residue and save a lot of project costs.Therefore it is very important and can make significant sense.Thus,it is necessary that the engineering properties of the soda residue arestudied thoroughly and deeply.For promoting the use of soda residue in largescale, the author make the trial on in-situ foundation bearing capacityproperties of the soda residue filled and rolled and pure soda residueundisturbed.Firstly the article simply introduce the research on the civiland the foreign,secondly the article introduce method of experiment.Under the different water content,strength properties of the soda residuefilled and rolled are analyzed thoroughly on base of trial study of in-situfoundation bearing capacity;Strength and deformation of pure soda residuefilled and rolled are compared and analyzed by the soda residue compactedin doors;Relation property of in-situ bearing capacity and water content ofthe soda residue filled and rolled are discussed and studied;In-situ bearingcapacity of pure soda residue and the soda residue filled and rolled arecompared and analyzed;Shear strength of the soda residue filled and rolledis studied under the different water content;Ordering in-situ bearingcapacity and the rule of bearing capacity is studied by the trial on baseof the difference between the soda and the crude soil;The article analysisthe character of shear strength and deformation and the cause of thedifference between before the trial and after the trial. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | pure soda residue, high water content, bearing capacity, filling and rolling, deformation character, strength character | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
