The Study Of Crack Of Concrete Block Walls

In this paper, the problem of concrete block being prone to crackis studied and discussed. Firstly, the type and the reason of crack isanalyzed. Generally speaking, wall crack includes crack with forceand crack without force. The 1ater takes up the 80% of all, such ascracks caused by the shrinking of concrete block walls, the changesof temperature and moisture, the unbalance of groundsillsinking . The reasons are analyzed from the aspects of materialfeature, design, construction and service management.Secondly , basing on the type and the reason of crack, acalculation model, which is used to analyze the influences of diversefactors to the temperature crack. According to the reasons of crack,some measures are put forward to control crack and assure theproject quality, it emphasizes on the combination of "prevention,release, resistance". By changing some concrete core columns intoconstruction columns, construction columns and circle beams canconstitute infirm frame and the crack load can be enhanced so thatthe cracks can be decreased. Setting control crack on the wall,decreasing contractile crack of concrete built body, enhancing theinsulation work and heat insulation on roof, reducing the differencein temperature, reducing the temperature contractile crack, changingthe flat roofing into the slope roofing, which can decrease thedifference in temperature effectively and control the crack. Ageneralization is made from the aspects of design, construction andservice management as a reference for design and construction.Lastly, a project instance is analyzed applying the model in thispaper. Academic data coincide with the actual data and the methodin the paper is proved to be practicable. According to the analysis ofthe instance, some proposals are put forward to the preparation ofwall crack.In this paper, it's believed that the wall cracks can be eliminated byprocess controlling in the design and construction, and that concretebuilt construction will be used widely.
