| The execution of High-Voltage Circuit Breaker (HVCB) On-Line Monitoring is the necessary trend in the development of condition maintenance, and is also an important content of Transformer Substation Comprehensive Automation. Intergrated the internal and overseas scheme's feature and development trend in HVCB On-Line Monitoring, this paper puts forward a scheme of HVCB On-Line Monitoring based on ARM,dual CPU and CAN bus communication network. In Hardware Design, the scheme uses ARM cored MCU-S3C4510B as the main control unit, replacing the traditional 51MCU, thus increases the system operating speed and data handling performance; and uses the new dsPIC MCU designed data acquisition unit, solving the trouble in hardware growth and making it easy to increase or decrease monitor objects without effecting system normal operating. In Software Design, the system of software programming and operation is based on the Embedded OS-uCLinux, implemented with uCLinux's Multiple Task Management, instead of Single Task operation in Assembly Programming, which makes the system fit for more complicated industrial application field. The system uses CAN bus as main communication mode, fully utilizing its Multi-host, high reliability transfer characteristic, and constructs communication network. The paper summarizes the basic principle and main content of HVCB On-Line Monitor, introduces the hardware and software design of ARM utility system based on S3C4510B, and expands monitoring node contents; also introduces dsPIC MCU's feature, and designs data acquisition unit. The paper emphasises on the construction of HVCB On-Line Monitoring system, introduces the hardware and software design of the system like Signal Process,LCD display,Communication module and Software design of monitor center etc. In addition, this paper introduces the development of Application Programming and Driver Programming based on uCLinux in detail. |
