In the process of car designing and manufacturing, car drive bridge is one of the most important assembly components of chassis system. As to pre-position engine and rear wheel drive auto, while the rear drive bridge sustains the body weight, it also alters the passing direction of power, decreases rotating speed, increases tweaking distance and alters different speed between gears so that it has to be of a precise configuration design and the conjugate relation between components needs to be strict and accurate. Therefore, whether assemblage, detection and adjustment are accurate or not will influence the realization of the product function, life and intensity of noise. As to quality control in assemblage, apart from making sure of the realization of the function, detecting and adjusting are very important contents to control intensity of noise.This article describes the main function of the rear drive bridge and its components. Based on analyzing the assembling way of rear drive bridges home and abroad, it introduces the main principle and technics process of assembling. It also researches main quality examination method to adjust the contact clearance of different-speed instrument gear in assemblage, contact position of helix wimble gear accessory and beforehand tightened force of connecting axletree of different-speed instrument and retarder. The article analyzes the effect of differentadjustments on the noise control during assemblage and then brings out the theory and method of noise control during various process of assemblage. Based on the achievements of noise detection technology research, it brings forward some measurements : simulating different running state test-bed after assemblage, making use of sensor detection and intellective analysis to judge the noise of rear bridge, using libration analyzing method, frequency chart analyzing method, small wave analyzing method and so on to recognize accessory bug and bad adjusted part, taking place of the traditional manual adjustment with experience, so that accuracy of noise control increases in practical production. To auto industry, noise control of rear drive bridge in assemblage and detecting technology are of great economy and social benefit.
