| The identification, repair and strengthening of the concrete crack is a special technological problem with realistic significance in the concrete project practice. It is a huge , complicated system engineering too. This text explains formation mechanism of concrete crack, the project investigation, reason inference and dependability identification in connection with crack.At last it makes further introduction about survey, analysis, identification, repair and strengthening of concrete crack by using project instances.The mechanism of crack is that internal stress in concrete material caused by its restricted deformation is greater than tensile strength of material generally. According to the complexity of crack, the project investigation to crack includes following three stages at most:basical investigation, detaited investigation, supplementary investigation under special circumstances,what the investigation in the latter stage is more supplementary and deep than the front.The analysis and inference to the reason of crack should be done at each stage.So, investigation and analysis will be repeated until the corresponding conclusion is drown.Methods of crack repair and structure strengthening are numerous,and each has its characteristics.Before crack repair and structure strengthening, we should confirm the range and scale, define the purpose,then we can get the best result.Finally, this text takes use of two instances to explain the application in practice of the theory containing investigation, analysis,dependability identification, repair and strengthening about crack.Bearing crack and deformed crack are regarded as two kinds of models of the concrete crack.The courses of investigation and treatment of them are introduced in project instance (1) and project instance (2). Instances prove, through using the systematic theory of reasoning and method of repairand strengthening,the problem of the concrete crack can be controlled effectively. |
