It is an important measure to design effective power system black-start schemewhen power system has to be restored quickly after widespread blackout due to systembreakdown. Thereinto it is an important part to calculate and assess the no-loadswitching overvoltages in black-start scheme design. The software is developed toanalyze the switching overvoltages for transmission-line energization in black-startprocess, to provide an intuitionistic man-machine interface for operators to calculate andassess the no-load switching overvoltages expediently, and to assist operators indesigning black-start scheme quickly. Moreover, in view of burdensome calculation ofthe statistical overvoltage analysis, artificial neural networks are used to predict theno-load switching overvoltages, to determine the maximum overvoltages quickly, and toshorten the calculating time of statistical overvoltages, so the software's performance isimproved further. |
