In the last decades, with the high-speed development of capital construction in China, many different types of bridges have been built or will be built. With the popular use of the computer, finite element methods and computer calculation methods have been used in the design of bridge. But on the other hand, the principle of three-dimensional space bridge analysis has not been established. In the present bridge analysis, the bridge structure is still regarded as plane structure and transverse distribution is calculated on the simplified bridge mode. Founding of the civil and overseas work, an effective and convenient method is given and the coherent code is written by some ANSYS macros or VF in the present paper. The internal force analysis of space structures often involves the calculation of influence line. The automotive method and definition method are presently used. But the two methods can not meet the needs of practical engineering. Base on ANSYS, the technology problems is solved and the two methods application is extended. By creating the relative unit displacement on the concerned node, the influence line principle is employed directly into the practical engineering calculation. The definition method can also be used directly into the practice by load step operation produced in ANSYS. After the improvement to the two methods, the automotive method can calculate the influence line of the complex structures such as space gridiron and the definition can calculate the structures with cable or prestressed reinforcement. The paper's work is proved by the example checking calculation. By the transverse distribution calculation, the transverse direction influence line will be calculated. There are several sophisticated methods be used. And in the paper, rigid connection or swivel joint beam and slab method has been introduced and coherent program has been written. In the paper dynamic programming algorithm is used in the solving process of the worst-case location. And the transverse distribution coefficient will be got at the same time.
