Aqueduct Bridge is a sort of structure on stilts by transporting water spanning river, valley, billabong and road etc, it also can drainage floodwater and diversion excepting water transfer, it is the most abroad across building applied in the middle of irrigated area water project construction, not only quantity is great but also technology is complicated. After aqueduct bridge is built, all kinds of reasons get its degree of safety descent so as to affect its ordinary run with the time going. Researching active service aqueduct bridge estimation of reliability and prediction of remain service life is not only relating to aqueduct bridge's operation and management, but also popularizing mobilization other relative constructions .The author collected and study different cases of reliability theory and aqueduct bridge structure, writing "Reliability Theory Studying and Application of Aqueduct Bridge Structure". The main content of this paper is studied as follows: Firstly, the paper introduces the existing problem of aqueduct bridge structure, setting out the certainty of reliability theory studying of aqueduct bridge structure, describing existent hydro structure estimation of reliability's method and research existing circumstance of structure reliability theory, and practical methods resolving existent problem is set out, combining feature of the reliability of existing aqueduct bridge structure and existing circumstance. Secondly, the basic conceptions and methods about analysis of structure reliability are mainly introduced, far introducing basic methods of analysis of structure reliability about structure system. Thirdly, introducing in detail algorism of structure reliability, methods about analysis of structure reliability when thinking resistibility's variety with time and grade division of structure system, finally putting out prediction of remain service life basing on reliability. Fifthly, the dynamic reliability theory, estimation of reliability and methods about prediction of remain service life are applied in material body of aqueduct bridge, getting calculation method about body of aqueduct bridge. Finally, summing up the dynamic reliability theory thinking over time variant effect about load and resistibility and the standard grading partition of reliability calculation by quantification combining reliability target, the practical means resolving existent aqueduct bridge structure existing reliability problem, and put outing the means is practical and feasible in relation existent aqueduct bridge structure. Those settle base toward research of reliability from now on.
